Hi, I’m Ornela,

I’m a yoga teacher who believes your body already knows the way.

I guide breath led, intuitive movement practices that meet you exactly where you are, without expectations or pressure.

I believe movement should feel supportive, not demanding.

My approach is gentle but strengthening, rooted in listening rather than pushing, so you can feel present, supported, and at home in your body.

WHY YOGA?

Yoga is not just exercise. It’s a way to reconnect with your body and breath.

Our bodies are designed to move, but daily life often pulls us away from that.

We sit more, rush more, and breathe less.

Over time, we stop listening.

Yoga helps bring awareness back,through simple movement, steady breath, and attention.

In my classes, we focus on intention rather than force, and on building strength from the inside out.
